HOW TO SEND US YOUR EQUIPMENT

Getting your phone repaired
is easy: Just box it and ship it to us!
No need to call for an authorization number or to prepay --- we'll
call for your credit card number when your phone's repaired. |

 | Step 1
Pack your phones (a used box is OK) and pad them with crumpled newspaper.

 | Step 2
Include a packing list (handwritten is fine)
with your name, address, phone number, and a list of what you're sending
so we can notify you of any discrepancies. Also, if possible, please
include a description of the problem, and whether it's intermittent or
delayed.

When we receive your phones we will immediately put them
in our production schedule to be repaired and refurbished. Our turnaround
time is generally under ten days. Cordless phones and answering
machines 4 - 6
weeks. We'll notify you when your order is ready to
ship, but feel free to call us or e-mail us for status of your order. A
real person will answer the phone and will promptly give you the status of
your order and an estimated ship date. Our job is to give you worry free
service!
